“I had a good time with you yesterday, being familiar with and used to using free weights it was a little challenging for me with regards to form and concept, Kettlebells is totally different. You are a good Instructor/Mentor, your directions were clear, corrections gentle yet firm with explanation, and leading by visual examples is the best way for me to learn! I realize that you probably dont need my review of our first training, but I think feedback is important when training.
