“What surprised me about kettlebells in general was the variety in every workout. I had no idea there could be so much focus on specific muscle groups while always using full body motion. The kettlebell is really versatile! Dini is an expert in her form and in her instruction. She has a keen eye for helping her clients make small adjustments that significantly improve the benefit of the exercise and ensure safety and comfort. She is attentive to everyone in the class, and very enthusiastic about encouraging everyone to succeed. Two classes per week have given me excellent results in only three months. I have more flexibility and range of motion in my low back than I’ve had in fifteen years. Among its other benefits–weight loss, muscle toning, and muscle building–this is truly the best core strengthening class I’ve ever taken.

“I had a good time with you yesterday, being familiar with and used to using free weights it was a little challenging for me with regards to form and concept, Kettlebells is totally different. You are a good Instructor/Mentor, your directions were clear, corrections gentle yet firm with explanation, and leading by visual examples is the best way for me to learn! I realize that you probably dont need my review of our first training, but I think feedback is important when training.

“I am an avid tennis player. I began kettlebell workouts with Dini at Pierpont Racquet Club in April 2011. The classes are offered two times a week. The strength and endurance that I have achieved in the last 4 months is phenomenal, and it is definitely reflected on the courts. I use less effort to serve and hit the ball, and my agility has definitely improved.

Dini is a wonderful instructor. Very professional and thorough. She loves to kick our butts! We nicknamed her (affectionately) the Nazi. I plan to continue my training with Dini indefinitely.
