“I am an avid tennis player. I began kettlebell workouts with Dini at Pierpont Racquet Club in April 2011. The classes are offered two times a week. The strength and endurance that I have achieved in the last 4 months is phenomenal, and it is definitely reflected on the courts. I use less effort to serve and hit the ball, and my agility has definitely improved.

Dini is a wonderful instructor. Very professional and thorough. She loves to kick our butts! We nicknamed her (affectionately) the Nazi. I plan to continue my training with Dini indefinitely.
